Non-OPEC incremental crude oil July 2009

I have added a new graph on Non-OPEC crude oil.

We can clearly see the gradual decline. Russia and other growing countries lifted the production by around 2 mb/d to its peak in 2004-2005. Since then the growing group could not quite offset decline elsewhere
